Getting Ready To Re-Open: The Latest Update

We had hoped that by now, the government would have confirmed the re-opening date of salons in the UK, but sadly we are disappointed that this has not yet happened.

Although we are aware that some salons have opened up their diary’s, as it currently stands the 4th July is just a guideline and has not yet been confirmed.  Please be assured that we will be opening at exactly the same time as all salons in England.  

As soon as our opening date is confirmed, we will begin the process of booking appointments, as previously detailed in our Appointment FAQ.

We’d like to reassure you that if you previously purchased a priority gift card, had an appointment scheduled during our closure or have already been advised that you are on our waiting list, you do not need to do anything and we will be in touch as soon as possible.

If you have not contacted us to be added to our waiting list and didn’t already have an appointment scheduled after the 23rd March, please contact us via e-mail info@collectionshairclub.com or Whatsapp on 01932842473 to be added to our waitlist.

We can confirm that the salon will be open 7 days a week with unrestricted opening hours so that we can accommodate as many appointments as possible. 

We appreciate your patience and we truly understand how difficult this is for everyone. 

Whilst we are excited to get back to doing what we love, we have made some changes to the way we operate with your health and safety as a top priority. You will notice that as a result of this, your salon experience will be different from previous visits and we will share more on this with you very soon.
