Your Appointment FAQs…Answered!
We know that everyone is counting the days until we reopen and we can’t wait to see you all!
Please understand that we will have at least 15 weeks of cancelled appointments that will have to be rescheduled, alongside those clients that didn’t already have an appointment booked after 23rd March 2020. We want you to know how we will be managing our appointment bookings process in the lead up to reopening.
We value every one of our clients, so please bear with us whilst we manage our appointment process as fairly as possible for all. Our online booking system will remain closed until further notice and we will be contacting all clients as follows:
1.) Priority Booking Gift Cards
Anybody who has supported us during our closure by purchasing a priority booking gift card will be amongst the first clients to be contacted to secure your appointment. Please note in order for us to be able to fulfil this promise and provide you an appointment slot as soon as possible, we have restricted the number of priority gift cards that can be purchased. At the time of publishing, there are 22 priority gift card slots remaining and these can be purchased here.
2.) Clients who have had an appointment cancelled
If you had an appointment scheduled between 23rd March and 3rd July which was sadly cancelled because of the closure, there is no need for you to contact us as you are already on our list.
3.) Existing Client Waiting List
If you’re an existing client who has previously visited the salon, but had no appointments scheduled after the 23rd March, please contact us via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or Whatsapp 01932842473 to be added to our waitlist. If you have already spoken to us during this closure and been advised that you are on this list, you do not need to contact us again.
4.) New Client Waitlist
We are still happy to welcome new clients to the salon. Please contact us via e-mail email@example.com or Whatsapp 01932842473 to be added to our new client waitlist. Please note there may be a bit of a wait for an appointment, but rest assured we are worth the wait and the team look forward to welcoming you soon.
Whilst we remain hopeful for a reopening date of 4th July, please note this is subject to change based on government guidelines and we will not begin taking appointments until we have received further confirmation. We have been working round the clock to implement measures throughout the salon to make it a safe environment for our team and clients. We will be sharing more on this with you soon.
