Before you step into our salon doors, please familiarise yourself with the Covid-safe experience you will receive at Collections Hair Club, as outlined below. Updated May 2022.
On arrival, we kindly ask that use the hand sanitiser located on your right as you enter. From 10th May 2022, masks will be optional for everybody within the salon. We will continue to provide complimentary masks in the salon for your use, should you wish to wear one. Simply mention when booking or on arrival to our front of house team. Please re-schedule your appointment if you currently have any covid symptoms or have tested positive in the last 5 days.
When You Arrive

Arrive On Time
Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you are running late to your appointment, please call ahead so we can try our best to accommodate you, but please be aware that we may have to reschedule your booking and you could be charged for your appointment.

Entering The Salon
On arrival, we kindly ask that use the hand sanitiser located on your right as you enter.

Your Belongings
Where possible, we kindly ask that you bring as few items as possible to your appointment.
During Your Appointment

Magazines
Magazines are BACK! Although our digi-mags are still available should you prefer to read your favourite glossy mags on your own device.

Masks
From 10th May 2022, masks will be optional for everybody within the salon. We will continue to provide complimentary masks in the salon for your use, should you wish to wear one. Simply mention when booking or on arrival to our front of house team.

Towels & Gowns
All towels and gowns are washed after each use.
Important Changes

Covid Symptoms
Please re-schedule your appointment if you currently have any covid symptoms or have tested positive in the last 5 days.

Patch Test
If it has been more than 6 months since your last colour in the salon or if there have been any recent changes to your medical history, you will be required to undergo a patch test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Click HERE to read more.

Gratuities
If you wish to tip your stylist by card, this can be done using the thankU app on your smartphone which you can download here. Alternatively, you may bring cash along to your appointment and use our non-contact box, located on the reception desk.
