APPOINTMENTS FAQs – UPDATED 31ST DECEMBER 2020
In line with Tier 4 restrictions; it is with a heavy heart that we have closed our doors for the third time and last time this year until further notice. As soon as we know when we will be allowed to re-open, we will contact all clients who had an appointment scheduled during this period of closure. We will be working through this in strict appointment order and there is no need for you to contact us.
For those with any deposits, don’t worry they will be held on the system for use on your re-scheduled appointments.
In order to ensure we handle this as fairly as possible, we will not be taking any future appointments at this time until all existing appointments are rescheduled. Our online booking system will be closed until further notice.
